Terms and conditions of use
By using CalcolaFerie you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the service. CalcolaFerie is a free tool that calculates holiday-bridge opportunities from Italian public holidays and your leave budget; it requires no registration and collects no data beyond what is described in the privacy policy and the cookie policy.
Description of the service
CalcolaFerie processes, entirely in your browser, the dates you enter together with the Italian public holiday calendar to suggest combinations of bridges and leave days. The service is provided free of charge, as is, and may be changed, suspended, or discontinued at any time without notice.
Accuracy of results
The results shown are indicative: they are based on the Italian national holiday calendar and the data you enter (leave budget, company closures, patron saint day). They do not account for collective agreements, company regulations, local holidays not entered manually, or industry-specific rules. Always verify results with your employer, your contract, and the official calendar before making decisions (e.g. requesting leave or booking travel).
Permitted use
You may use CalcolaFerie for personal, non-commercial use. Use that damages, overloads, or compromises the operation of the site, or attempts at unauthorized access to the systems that run it, is not permitted.
Intellectual property
The CalcolaFerie name, the site design, and the original content (text, guides, graphics) belong to the project's maintainer, except where otherwise indicated. Copying or redistributing the site's content without authorization is not permitted, except as may be granted by any open-source licenses published on the project's repository.
Limitation of liability
CalcolaFerie is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, the maintainer is not liable for direct or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the service, including leave or travel decisions made based on the results shown.
Links to external services
The site may link to third-party websites, for example in the blog guides and in the “Services” menu next to each bridge, with no affiliation. These sites are operated by independent parties and governed by their own terms and conditions: CalcolaFerie has no control over them and is not responsible for their content, prices or operation.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms at any time to reflect changes to the service or to applicable law. The version published on this page is always the one in force; continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Italian law. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction provided by applicable law, without prejudice to the mandatory protections afforded to consumers under EU law.
